Garnishments: I haven’t received all of the funds that were garnished. What should I do?
- You should provide a note with documentation to Slayton Law showing why you think you have not received all the garnished wages you are entitled to get back.
- The documentation you will need can include pay stubs and bank statements.
- You may snail mail, email, fax, or bring these documents to our office. When we receive them, we will look at them and let you know what we can do to help.
