Do I need to attend the 341 Hearing (also known as the Creditors Meeting)?

You must attend the 341 Hearing as part of the bankruptcy process. In this meeting, the bankruptcy trustee and your creditors ask you questions under oath about your bankruptcy petition and the documents you’re required to provide to the trustee.
